The hotel has a great location in the closest neighborhood to the cinema and is full of bugs. The rooms are not what you should expect from a 3-star hotel due to poor furnishing, being dingy, with a musty odor, and dark. However, the service is exceptionally nice and helpful. The dining has a lot of room for improvement; the pho was ok. The facilities are basic.

On the bright side, the service was extremely friendly and accommodating, even though the staff appeared to be older than 40 years.
